About Studio Linia
A Cluj architecture studio that also builds what it draws
We design and build interiors for apartments, houses and offices in Cluj-Napoca, Florești, Baciu and Apahida, with one contact person from survey to handover.
- 3D design before construction
- Budget agreed upfront
- Week-by-week schedule
Why we see the project through to the last key
Many homeowners end up playing coordinator: calling tradespeople, finding suppliers, checking the plan was followed. We chose to take that on.
We start with a survey at your home: we measure every wall, socket and window. From it comes the 3D design, then the priced materials list, so you know from the start what each choice costs.
Once you approve the design, we coordinate the crews on site through to handover. We design the furniture too, to the real dimensions of the space, not from a catalogue.
The result: one point of contact, a budget you know upfront and a week-by-week schedule you can follow.
